Two months ago I chose to quit vaping, and pick up running. Yesterday I ran my first mile without stopping. Something I’ve never done even at my healthiest. I cried twice yesterday cause I thought I still had months before I saw this goal! #running #runner

Weird cough, gone. Chest pain, gone. Head fog, cleared. Energy, up. I can’t hear myself breathing at night anymore , I can walk and talk without being winded. I feel so fucking free. It has been one of the hardest things I’ve done, I’m not near a finish line and I’m not looking for one.

Sorry, I hate to ask this or beg. I’ve come on some hard times and have about 20 bucks to my name right now. I start a new job semi soon and could really use some help.
