ran for two hours yesterday. a water and electrolyte bottle each in a running vest was a good idea.I was not mentally fatigued even at the end.

Have a family friend who became a civil service officer. He told a story about a lecture a retired officer gave during my friend’s academy days.
The old guy was fairly candid about the complexities of the system, the compromises, so he said to keep a single lodestone.

Just finished reading book two today-local sff store always seems to put books out a week early- and honestly, I had the instinct too when I started the first and honestly, it was as simple as the word empire.
