Wouldn't it be cool if in response to Kpop Demon Hunters being the most successful animated movie of the year/all time/whatever companies paid artists to do cool original projects and more shows and movies and more stability in animation and design. Hahahhahahahahahhaha man. Oh well!

I know this makes me sound like an old fuddy duddy, but making my favorite animation list makes me realize just how much I miss hand drawn animation. The little imperfections, the warmth, the lines squiggling here and there. You could feel the humanity in every frame. Everything looks so clean now.

I see so many people on reddit and other internet spaces talk about leaving Twitter because it's a poisoned shithole and, yeah, 100 percent, but I wish there was more public acknowledgment of how Musk's mistreatment of artists/creators has lead to the place becoming a bland and colorless wasteland.
