So while ships almost severed Estonia's connection to the internet, a major cyber attack on the polish energy grid was underway. If you add the attack on power lines in Berlin to the mix, you could get the impression that Russia was trying to create a special new year show...
Underappreciated fact:
The paths and positions of the cable damages around New Years 2026 were to most of Estonia's internet backbone routes.
Had it fully succeeded/happened by accident (lol) Estonia would have been left with a crippled connectivity.

The data for 2025 was just released via Luminate, and 88% of songs have been demonetized.
