Fun update: I submitted a complaint to the DOT mostly as a way to vent and surprisingly they told Delta to address it. Unsurprisingly, Delta still refused to pay me back
Ways that corporations/institutions have screwed me in the year 2025: Delta stole $300 from me when they forced me to pay out of pocket to rebook a flight after they canceled on me, then refused to reimburse me
