Just looked into the Kauffman Stadium changes. I think all of their hitters will gain at least a little value. The ones who should gain the most are those who pull the ball in the air. Four names with a pulled air rate over 20%:

Nolan Arenado to the Dbacks seems like a slight uptick for his value. Chase Field is a little better for RHB than Busch Stadium. Not sure he would have gained more homers based on last year's batted ball data (2025 spray chart overlayed with Chase Field pictured below)

Foster Griffin is returning to the majors after three years in the NPB. In 2025:
1.62 ERA, 0.95 WHIP, 8.9 K/9, 2.1 BB/9, 49% GB rate, 11.4% SwStr rate over 78 IP (14 G, 13 GS)
My guess is he gets a shot to start with the Nationals and is somebody to watch this spring.

Nationals are signing LHP Foster Griffin to a 1-year, $5.5 million deal, pending physical, source confirms. 30-year-old starter made 7 MLB appearances with KC/TOR from 2020-22 but spent last 3 seasons in Japan, where he had a 2.57 ERA, 1.033 WHIP. (FanSided's Robert Murray reported first)

Just finished up a NFBC Gladiator draft. 15 teams, 23 rounds, draft your starting lineup and that's it. I went with an unconventional approach, waiting on RP, then taking 5 SP and 4 RP. I was in a league last year where somebody did it to perfection. I wanted to give it a try.

Thinking out loud but I wonder if the Orioles' hiring of Craig Albernaz could lead to more steals as a team next season. He's coming over from the Guardians, where they ranked 8th in SB as a team since Stephen Vogt took over.

Juan Soto (and other Mets) credited Richardson for helping improve improve their running game. This adds another variable to one of the biggest questions for next season in Fantasy: Soto's stolen bases
