Perhaps the BBC could take the chain saw to their extravagant spending including the duplication of roles across its platforms, the ridiculous amounts they pay their presenters plus some regional consolidation. This is still a 1950’s style organisation operating in the 21st century.

Well my experience of customer service via AI chat bot is atrocious. Only last week I had to deal with two companies and was forced down this route, only when finally getting to speak to a human being was my problem dealt with.
