From street marches to court battles to the ballot box - we’ve challenged the power of this exceptionally unpopular president.

The lesson from each success we've had is that we need to ramp the political pressure up, always up, not back down, now more than ever.

Have you ever cleaned your kitchen until everything is sparkling and then you notice a weird funky stench coming from somewhere? You search and search and finally find it. You missed cleaning the bottom of the trash can. Tuesday we cleaned the kitchen. Last night we found the stench. Keep cleaning!

💯⬇️ The number of people Tim kept awake last night is nothing short of staggering

That he is portraying himself as a hero while betraying his party & the people he took an oath to serve, (not American Airlines), is REPREHENSIBLE.

Shame on you Tim Kaine - Liar Liar pants on fire

Today in history, 1898: After voters elect a biracial city council in Wilmington, N.C., a mob of white supremacists overthrows the local government in a coup d’état. The mob also killed as many as 300 black residents in what is known as the Wilmington Massacre. /1

In the century leading up to 1975, nearly 6000 freighters went down in the Great Lakes.

The Edmund Fitzgerald was the last.

The last. In 50 years, not a single commercial freighter has been lost in the Great Lakes.

Why?

It's NOAA. Of course it's NOAA.

Now the Cabinet performs it on live TV.
I’m old enough to remember a few decades back when Americans were incensed at the idea of fellatio being performed in the Oval Office.

Yup. I said this earlier today, but it was only a guess. Thanks for confirming it. It is no coincidence that of the 8 who came forward to do this, none of them are running in 2026. But they ran cover for some who are.

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

At least Dems got a ceremonial vote on the ACA subsidies in the senate so Susan Collins can vote against her party on that knowing it won’t pass but she’ll be able to run on another vote that allows her to pretend to be a moderate. The deal is an in-kind contribution to Collins.

Had a Dr appointment today and we talked about the ACA and health care in general. He is a Republican. Not a Trump Republican but an old school Republican. He agrees with Bernie Sanders. Universal Health care is the only long term solution. But as of now ACA credits must be funded. #ProudBlue

Trump helping Orbán makes perfect sense if his goal is to turn the US into Hungary 2.0. Orbán's government gutted the courts, muzzled the press, took over universities, and crushed civil society.

Trump is not confused here. He is admiring the blueprint.

Great job, @schumer.senate.gov. You've changed the story from "GOP hurting millions of Americans to please unpopular, failing, delusional despot who's destroying his party" to "Dems are too weak and divided in the face of Trump's strength to take a stand and protect Americans"
