I /really/ want to like It: Welcome to Derry but I’m 3 episodes in and I still find it super obnoxious.
The cast and characters are great — the ties to Stephen King’s other works are fun.
When it’s a drama, it’s effective.
When it leans into horror, it’s the most annoying shit on the planet.

But I’m watching it with my pal Amber who’s the biggest hater I know. So if we don’t dig it, at least the conversation afterwards will be fun.
