Today in opposing counsel shenanigans: rescinding an agreed upon dismissal, with prejudice.
Yesterday, on the eve of the arb hearing, they send me an email saying they'd be willing to dismiss and walk away with each party bearing their own costs and fees.
I responded immediately. Great!

I dropped Pippa off at the vet this morning for an ultrasound after the vet felt something at her last librella injection. Just got the call from the vet - two masses in and around her liver.
They are sedating her now to get biopsies but even if they aren't malignant it isn't good news. 😭😭😭
