Congress should act! Anaerobic lagoons harbor/emit substances that can cause adverse environ/health effects like highly toxic hydrogen sulfide. Consistent elevated rates of asthma in children living nearby, have more than 150 pathogens impacting human health incl E. coli, parasites, heavy metal.

They became reserved for the Caesars, and the Arc de Triomphe is a monument to Napoleon. If this dumb thing gets built, the only acceptable course is to demolish it.
