I have been slowly getting back into fitness. I finished up my laps & tried to pull myself up on the side & failed, defeated headed 2 the ladder. The lady in the lane next 2 me asked if she could show me how. We went thru a couple drills, and I had to fight for it, but I made it up on the side! 😊

This is what I have been saying. Show me the due process. Our most heinous criminals are afforded due process. If the people sent to CECOT don’t have it, none of us do
