Spurs being on this brings me immense joy
West Ham had 14 Premier League points after MD21; only one team have ever avoided relegation after managing 14 pts or fewer ahead of MD22.

They've since taken 9 pts from 4 games and their probability of relegation is gradually decreasing in the eyes of the Opta supercomputer.

IF my calculations are correct: If Sp*rs lose to Newcastle and us, and we win against Brentford, Wolves and Tottenham. We will celebrate St. Totteringsday the 22nd of February which will be the earliest date in history.

And then I see there is a page for this: www.whenissttotteringhamsday.com 🤦🏻
When is St. Totteringham's Day? - 2025/2026 Season
Find out When is St. Totteringham's Day will be for the 2025/26 Premier League season.

My ears perked up when I heard Shearer say Sunderland should have scored one or two.

MOTD is making me laugh.

Focus on what Sunderland did well, Shearer saying Sunderland should have scored one or two. And that they were “always in this game”.

Guys like him are supposed to know, but do not know, what they are watching.

Their heads are gone.

It’s a riot.

Fun stat: Viktor Gyokeres is two goals away from equaling Didier Drogba’s Premier League tally in his first season at Chelsea.

Feel good thread of everyone sharing how they started following the Arsenal 🤩 👇
1987, when I was 11, we went on a school trip to Germany. On the way back, we stopped in London and got a tour of Highbury. On the pitch, a few players were posing for photos with the League Cup they'd just won.

That's when I became an Arsenal fan.

"Boring boring Arsenal" is just as much a part of the club's history as the beautiful football played by Wenger.

Just own it. And sing it when we batter some team 5-0, because it will happen. That's my kind of boring.

So: Man City have to travel two hours down to Wembley, the referees don’t want them to win, they have too many injuries and now the rules (despite being very clear) don’t suit them - anything else?
