Legit cultural difference! Only snow is on the mountain, and that only occasionally. Nearest regular snow is a 4-5 hour drive. It would definitely seem odd to see a ski mask. It’s 80 degrees here today. And point taken on your main point.

Tucsonan here—not even remotely a plausible mask for our weather. No one in Tucson would wear that unless they were hiding their identity.
