Feeling quite low today. Lots going on, brain’s full and going at 100 miles an hour. Seen some news that’s upset me more than it should have. It’s a blip I know. Life is ok, work is great, but the occasional unexpected dip is frustrating. Ah well, keep taking the tablets Janey! #KeepGoing
