This was my 50th birthday. Took a LOT of saving up but….for probably the only time ever…we flew upper class to New York. Virgin gave me champagne :-) #SundayPixBirthday

I’m very annoyed that getting a new phone, (had to due to the old one being kaput), prevented me from logging in here yesterday. I missed #SundayPixLights so I’m doing it a day late. Sorry! 🤦🏻♀️

#SundayPixWobjects As soon as I saw this week’s theme, I cried. He’s so missed. X. Although we’d spoken a bit, this photo was what really marked the beginning of our friendship and lots of long wonderful conversations. Apparently it’s very me :-). So the scarf always reminds me of beloved Wombat x

We cook and clean for my elderly Aunt. So glad we took a load of meals up yesterday as it looks like we are snowed in :-/

Today’s jobs include finishing recording a song for a daft annual project thingy I do, start a video for said track, solve a mystery water ingress problem and cook a nice piece of gammon. Oh…and a bit of shopping.

Had my first decent sleep last night in months. Shoulder pain has made sleeping tricky, but I somehow found a comfortable position using about eight pillows in various places!!
