Why would anyone with this kind of nest egg even want to put up with toxic politics. Also, the real "salary" for being in Congress is stock manipulation.

Today, my wife & I are finally getting our covid/flu shot. What is so dumb about the process, is we had to book it more than a month ago & Saturday night was the only time available, pay out of pocket & drive deep into Calgary to do it.

Probably as good a look at her resignation as I've seen from anyone. Also, she probably wants to funnel out any remaining campaign money without wasting it fighting a Primary she's sure to lose, an election she is sure to lose, and helping the GOP lose in the midterms.
