MAgpie: Thou hast brought a token, yes? 6 - Weetrill sits low in his teacup, sheepish and small in the frame. Weetrill: Well… yes. 7 - A closeup on Magpie’s face as she brims with slightly-unhinged excitement. MAgpie: Something shiny? Diverting? 8 - Weetrill takes to his feet with a rush of renewed confidence, hoisting up his locket by the chain. Weetrill: Quite right! Page 36: 1 - Weetrill holds the locket over his head to give the enormous Witchbird a closer look. Weetrill: I fell off a branch looking for breakfast and landed splat on top of it. 2- Weetrill’s face is barely visible behind the locket clutched in his arms Weetrill: Lucky I didn’t break my neck. 3 - Magpie lifts the locket by the chain with her beak Weetrill: But it’s a treasure bauble, isn’t it? 4 - Magpie sets the locket on the ground between them and eyes it with wicked scrutiny as Weetrill continues, Weetrill: What’ll you trade for it? 5 - Magpie’s large red eye is reflected in the locket’s gold metal
