The United States has always considered it a violation of our sovereignty to allow any American to be tried by the ICC. But honestly? The fastest way for Dems to resolve a lot of this is that once they get power again, to agree to be subject to ICC warcrimes trials.

The appropriation of others' labor value literally *defines* the bourgeoisie (petite or grande).

Actually, very few people have any problem with procedural generation, where you use a large library of assets you own/create to algorithmically generate variation. Hello Games made all their own art to remix. The problem is when you develop a LLM with *other people's* content, and use THAT.
Unfortunately, the anti-AI crowd sees anything "generative" as evil at this point, and it's really not fair to those of us who like using bleeding edge tech in less morally bankrupt ways. Think No Man's Sky style generative content but it's trained on our own model data, not on the internet.
