The biggest endorsement I can make for Bluesky is that replacing Twitter with this app on my phone probably improved my general mood when I’m on my phone by 20-25%. I know there are better reasons but it is what it is!

To all my new followers: hi! I'm taking inspiration from the great @billbarnwell.com and I'm gonna thread out some of my favorite run designs in the NFL last season. Last season, 10 teams in the NFL had a Positive Play Rate of at or over 45% on all run plays, the most SIS has seen since 2015

It's been percolating for a while and now it's taking tangible form. The 49ers don't want to pay for past performance any more. They're letting some veterans go. Will be seeking under-valued players. And they've gotta draft just as well as they did last year to fill in the spots.
49ers are not messing around on the financials this cycle.
The #49ers asked Kyle Juszczyk to take a paycut last year and he obliged. Now set to make $4.1M, the club released the 9x Pro Bowl fullback who will now test the open market.

I truly do think the 49ers need to let these players go to truly be able to compete again for a Super Bowl but the reality is it might be a longer reset than anyone wants to admit
