Bessent has shown up to a protest with a sign?

Yeah, maybe if one of his private social clubs in Martha's Vineyard were thinking of raising their annual fees on him, or tried letting a non-white person join the club.
KARL: He was an ICU use who worked for the VA and there's no evidence he brandished the gun whatsoever

BESSENT: But he brought a gun

KARL: I mean, we do have a Second Amendment

BESSENT: I've been to a protest -- guess what? I didn't bring a gun. I brought a billboard

The Timberwolves have a nationally televised home game today against the Warriors.

Would love it if their players boycotted it...

The prices for airline tickets will go down if we dress better? What?!?

His obsession with this is so bizarre
Duffy: "I can't mandate you dress up, but don't wear pajamas & slippers to the airport. If you dress a little better you behave a little better. We're all getting into tight airline seats. The prices go down when we do that. But I want people to be well behaved & Ia little better dressed would help"

My guy is at it again.

Why on earth would the Blazers do this? Before someone says, “you need to include a pick to get off Jerami’s contract”, uhhhh no we don’t. Not right now. Jerami is hoopin. Should be considered a 6th man of the year candidate (if he qualifies). This is an awful trade. F minus

The last time Portland was above .500 this late in the season was in 2021.

Not so fun fact: the 2020/21 season started in late December due to Covid. On 1/22/21, the 8-6 Blazers were scheduled to play Memphis but the game was postponed due to the Grizz not having 8 players available due to Covid.
It's a 23-9 3rd quarter in less than 5 mins for the Blazers fueled by Holiday & Sharpe combining for 16 points on 6/7 from the field - Blazers have opened up a 15 point lead. They keep this up, they'll take home a win and be above .500 for the first time in a long time this late into the season.

I am still so offended that Heat fans truly thought that Jovic should have been a central piece in a Dame trade. The audacity.

What makes this stat even crazier is that Nurk was a DNP-Coaches Decision the 3 games right before these back-to-back triple doubles.
Jusuf Nurkic triple-doubles from October 29, 2014 to January 19, 2026: 1

The messaging should be simple: we, as taxpayers, are paying a shit ton of money to let our government terrorize us.
Democrats needing to message on affordability as the country endures a brutal authoritarian takeover is tragic. Take it from someone who lives in occupied Minneapolis. Our problems go deeper than prices.

Thanks to my wife, I've had the opportunity to spend a lot of time in Minneapolis the last 5 years and I must say, they truly are the most lovely, caring people.
Not exaggerating when I say that the collective action in Minnesota will be studied for generations if not centuries to come

In solidarity with the hardworking immigrants of #Minnesota, I will be donating my earnings tomorrow to the MN Immigrant Rights Action Committee and the Immigrant Law Center of MN.

I know not everyone can afford it, but if you can, I highly recommend lending a hand to the people of Minnesota.
Thank you to everyone who is risking their safety and contributing their time and money to protect our neighbors. If you are so inclined, please check out Stand With Minnesota (standwithminnesota.com) to find a way to help.

And no one start any beefs with Will Stancil. (2/2)
