Vinai Venkatesham also has question to answer.
One day there will be a reckoning for how Arsenal Football Club dealt with this case. And I’m afraid that includes the manager

Hang on, but I was told Ange was one of the worst managers we’d ever had?
Thomas Frank departs Tottenham with the worst win rate in the club's Premier League history.

Of the worst 10 Spurs managers for PL win rate, Juande Ramos was the most recent before Frank, and he departed in 2008.

Good riddance. Way to destroy all momentum from winning the Europa League by hiring the most bland, risk-adverse, anti-Spurs-like of a manager who spent most of his time gaslighting the fans and praising Arsenal. Easily the worst manager the club has ever employed.
🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Thomas Frank sacked as Tottenham Hotspur head coach. #THFC working through various possible contingency plans to replace 52yo Dane as club sit 14th in Premier League; 5 points above relegation zone after 2 wins from 17 matches 🚨

The good thing is, regardless of the fact that everyone in a position of power at the club is grossly incompetent, there is literally no way they can fail to appoint an upgrade on Thomas Frank.

If Frank is still managing Spurs for the NLD I’m going to be furious. I can’t tolerate another wasted match.

This is 100% on Frank. I have seen Sunday league sides who were better organised

Not sure if it was visible on broadcast, but there were multiple occasions in the first half where we had possession on the halfway line and ahead of the ball were two straight lines of static players. Literally no movement from any of them. He did nothing. He’s incompetent and going to relegate us.

There’s quite a bit of arguing in the Spurs online community about whether Frank, Lange, or the board is mostly to blame for the state of the team. But you don’t get this bad on Tottenham’s budget unless it’s all of the above.
not that Thomas Frank has done himself a single favor since taking the Tottenham job, but it really is remarkable to see the impact several years of poor squad building can have on a good team - there's not a lot this team does well and there are very few redeeming qualities

It's been a month of this.

They haven't stopped trying altogether, but there's always a run not made, not staying engaged for a second action, a dual that they pull out of. The Spurs players feel about this manager and team the way the fans do.
I always say it's not worth firing a manager midseason unless the players have quit on the manager and it sure looks like the Spurs players have quit on Frank

There have been at least 10 different instances where Frank should’ve been Martin Jol’d at halftime. This is the worst football I’ve ever seen. #FrankOut

Another muscle injury. I see the narrative is they are just unfortunate now rather than the managers tactics and training methods. The double standards are staggering.

Cuti Romero can get 7 more red cards for all I care.

Lange is unable to find his own dick while Frank points in the wrong direction and Vinai cheers them on, and I’m supposed to care that the guy who has played his heart out for this directionless club got sent off? Nah, do whatever, my guy.

It’s hilarious that tricking Romero in to signing a new contract is one of the few things our inept hierarchy can claim to have got right, but have had to watch him publically go in two-footed on them every couple of weeks since.

All-time awful window for the club, as bad as the two straight windows we didn't sign anyone. Lange is hilariously out of his depth as a DoF, and with all our injuries and position in the table, he only brings in a project LB and energetic 8. Disaster is too kind of a word.

Hilarious that the City hex carries on, regardless of manager. Second half was superb, and yet irritating because we look competent and exciting when we’re forced to play football. There’s a good team here that needs the right manager with the right attitude at the helm. #COYS
