Furthermore, he definitely did incite an insurrection as evidenced by his full speech on the day.
This whole thing is nuts.

And incredibly our MPs & news providers stay there.
THAT is the problem. Not some bad editing choice on the BBC.

The annual policing of poppies from elements of the British right really is appalling.
Bear in mind, some of these same people spent the latter part of last week proclaiming defeating Nazi Germany “wasn’t worth it.”
How the hell is this mainstream discourse now…. What a mess this island is.

In all honesty, I didn’t have it on my bingo card that we’d be going into remembrance weekend in 2025 with large sections of the British right openly claiming defeating Nazi Germany “wasn’t worth it.”
But here we are. Self proclaimed patriots smearing the sacrifices of millions.
Disgraceful.

Looking ahead to the Welsh Senedd Election in 6 months time, I’m really optimistic there’ll be Green Party representation elected.
That makes me really happy, Wales and the Senedd will benefit from it and so will any progressive coalition or support agreement that may arise.

Lowe doesn't need the money but the 'thrill' of engagment can be just as corrupting as the love of cash & if engagement/cash increase according to the extremity of the opinions expressed then you need integrity to resist the temptation to become ever more offensive. This is what Musk has engineered.

I’m willing to wager that the very real prospect of Farage and his band of fantasists winning a crushing majority, that’s opposed by the other 75% of voters, won’t push Starmer to give an inch on this.
