Yeah, hard agree. I won’t be going to the US if we qualify - I definitely won’t pass their social media pro-Trump Regime purity review.

Will try for Toronto though, pricing dependent.

Detangling the complex web of a century of cooperation is a big ask, but I really hope that moves are afoot to do so.

This arrangement needs review.

Really don’t think we should have hostile military forces stationed here whilst they threaten to invade our close ally just across the North Sea.

That’s more like it.
Joint European statement on Greenland. They moved quickly after Miller’s comments about annexation last night.

We need to accept that the NATO alliance has effectively ended, it doesn’t exist when a member is threatening another member with invasion.

The United States has changed and we all need to change in response.

A new defensive alliance must be formed, to protect against those expansionist regimes.

The pardon for Hernandez makes an obvious & absolute mockery of each & every attempt to rationalise, or even justify, Trump's treatment of Maduro. I'm not sure this single, simple point can be stressed enough. Once again, he proves his critics right & reduces his supporters to epic moral corruption.

The election is in 4 months and Reform UK in Wales currently has;

0 devolved policies.

0 candidates.

0 leader announced (the last one is currently doing 10 years of jail time for being on the Kremlin’s payroll).

Despite all that they’re 2nd in the polls on 30%…

We don’t allow Russia Today, so why is this poisonous shite allowed to pollute our screens?

It’s beyond me how supplicant the UK is to the US, that Trump Regime adjacent client media can openly publish advocations for overthrowing the Government.

A new defensive alliance without the United States doesn’t seem like a bad idea now does it?

NATO appears to be increasingly redundant and we cannot rely on the American public not to continue voting for this dangerous madness.

This is exactly what Starmer should have said, at a bare minimum.

The Prime Minister’s subservience to Trump must be pushed back upon, it’s not naive to expect the PM to call out rogue state behaviour - regardless of who the perpetrators are.

On the matters of Israel and the US this PM has failed.

Darren Jones saying repeatedly the Labour Government won't comment on a hypothetical.

It's not hypothetical - Trump is saying very loudly repeatedly what he's done and boasting about it.

And yet the UK Government won't even say it's a breach of international rules. Shameful.

While the majority of us remain hostages to it all.

Enjoyed reading Will Hayward’s predictions for the year ahead in Welsh politics - agree with most.

One that I think is nailed on, that nobody’s really talking about, is this.

There’s a couple of likely winners that definitely caught a raised eyebrow from me when the Plaid lists were announced 👇

I’d just like him to acknowledge that the Trump Regime’s actions are illegal - and illegal on a consistent basis at that, on multiple fronts.

Just some backbone would be welcome rather than constantly pretending things are up for debate.

Remember when this lot went absolutely apoplectic with rage at Obama saying Brexit was a daft idea, claiming US Presidents aren’t allowed a view on UK politics?

Now they’re calling on a foreign hostile regime to bomb London and overthrow the elected government.

What a scary timeline to live in.

Trump voters have turned the most powerful country in the world - the longtime leader of the democratic West - into a violent rogue state.

In doing so, they have smashed any semblance of international law and order.

How can the United States abduct a foreign leader and put him on trial, yet won’t do anything about their own leader launching a failed coup?

I think both autocrats are appalling characters in the same bracket of awfulness, for the avoidance of doubt.

Whatever you might think of Maduro, the seizure and kidnapping of a head of state takes us to a very dark place. Vast, arbitrary, extra-legal power, which could be exercised almost anywhere, regardless of the character of the target government.
