This is horrible. Absolutely appalling.

Who’s advising this Labour Government? Farage, Lowe, Tommy Robinson and the ghost of Enoch Powell?

Cruel. Callous. Cowardly.

The public are seeing this Labour government for exactly who they are.

We all have a responsibility to make them pay at the ballot box.

Reject the hate. Reject them.

This is not who we are. Let's make hope normal again.

This is a new low from a govt plumbing the depths of performative cruelty in hopes that the public won’t notice they have no answers to the real issues facing this country

A sensible, humane govt would focus on safe routes to prevent people making dangerous small boat crossings

Just gonna throw this out there, I really don’t like turkey at all.

“We” traditionally used to eat a lot of turnips and rabbits too; times and trends change.
Reform Nazis gonna be forcing you to eat turkey on Christmas Day.

They will send the gestapo round and shove it down your throat.

Just wilful performative cruelty that is entirely out of step with the majority of British people.

How many Labour MPs got into politics in order to vote for stealing jewellery off of people seeking refuge from war and persecution?

“It is for those in favour of Welsh independence to make the economic case and produce a draft budget and answers to questions including the above.”

This paragraph sums up the big weakness of the independence movement accurately.

For 50%+ of voters to back Indy they need to be persuaded that…
If Wales was independent, it would be the 137th largest country in population. The GVA per capita of many countries is lower than that of Wales. So why, knowing Wales is neither too small nor too poor to be independent, do I oppose independence? ✍️ Mike Hedges, MS for Swansea East

45% of children aged 0-4 in Wales are growing up in poverty! Wales has the highest poverty rate of any nation in Western Europe. UK and Welsh governments should be ashamed of themselves.

Myself and @walesgreenparty.bsky.social say lets bring in a wealth tax and end child poverty!

This is as bad as anything proposed by Reform.

Leaving refugees in permanent limbo and unable to build a new life in the UK would be a complete abdication of our humanitarian responsibilities

Everything about this interview is brilliant.

The interviewers do a great (and enjoyable!) job and @anthonyslaughter.bsky.social is going to be hugely impactful as part of the first ever group of elected Greens in the Senedd!

(And the carrots do sound delicious!)
We had the leader of the Welsh Greens on the pod.

Apart from presenting him with a bag of carrot batons (obviously) we talked about the party’s chances in Wales next year and the Zack Polanski surge. youtu.be/7xPjR3iFr6A?...

☢️ Wales really does not need a new nuclear power plant, I strongly oppose the Wylfa announcement.

Very disappointing to see Plaid Cymru supporting this, whilst simultaneously claiming to be a green.

⚡️ Wales already produces twice the electricity than it uses, Wales does not need this.

Jones’ racist remarks aren’t the only disgusting comments she’s made.

She’s previously stated that she’d “like to do a spot of chav shooting” and “it’s a shame it isn’t legal.”

An absolute ghoul that is a perfect fit for Reform UK and their attitude to the working class.

Furthermore, he definitely did incite an insurrection as evidenced by his full speech on the day.

Everything on our news agenda is being driven by a corrupted disinformation machine, run by a billionaire who sponsors Tommy Robinson and who keeps trying to foment civil war in the UK.

And incredibly our MPs & news providers stay there.

THAT is the problem. Not some bad editing choice on the BBC.
