Spot on. The erosion of oversight over the pardon power is alarming. What was once a rare and closely watched presidential action has become a free-for-all.
It’s wild how the press is ok with the president abusing the pardon power. That used to be one of the most scrutinized things about a presidency.

Spot on. Behind every small business are people taking risks and creating opportunities. Shopping local is a simple way to invest in our neighborhoods and their future.
It’s Small Business Saturday.

Local entrepreneurs represent the best of America.

They deserve our support today and always!

Completely agree. Calling out offensive language shouldn’t be partisan. The same question that applied to Rahm Emmanuel applies to anyone — yes, even Trump.
My periodic reminder that Sarah Palin (quite correctly) called for Rahm Emmanuel to be fired when he used the "R" word.

And my periodic reminder that maybe a political reporter wants to ask her what should happen when Trump uses it.

Like any reporter.

Spot on. Public dollars come with public responsibilities. Treating private schools differently undermines both competition and the quality of education for all.
🎯 @robsandia.bsky.social on Private School Vouchers (for the wealthy) — “CALL THEIR BLUFF… if they want public dollars, they should have to follow the same rules as public schools… it’s not a ‘COMPETITION’ when not everyone is playing by the same rules.”

Spot on. A few honest chyrons asking the obvious question would do more than months of press releases: what is the purpose, and who really benefits?
“why the fuck are we invading Venezuela” should really be on at least a couple of chyrons

Spot on. Increasing troops and hardware off Venezuela’s coast isn’t a neutral measure; it’s a signal that conflict is being treated as policy. The consequences could be disastrous.

Exactly. Putting someone with no medical training — and a long history of substance abuse — in charge of vaccine policy is reckless and dangerous. Children’s lives shouldn’t be political experiments.
Children are dead because of this idiot. HE IS NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL!!! He went yo law school then spent a decade or so addicted to heroine.

RFK Jr. is overhauling the program that helps preserve Americans' access to vaccines

Wow. Doubling premiums in a year is more than just inflation; it’s a systemic failure. Access to health care shouldn’t feel like a luxury or a gamble.
My health insurance premiums will more than double in January. I pay a little less than $500/month for my current silver plan.

I just reapplied and my new premium will be $1062/month.

And don’t forget: I still have a co-pay for every visit and pay for prescriptions.

Spot on. Hiding the Epstein files, medical records, or economic data isn’t coincidence — it’s a consistent pattern of avoiding accountability whenever the truth could be damaging.
He's hiding the Epstein files for the same reason he hides his medical records and jobs reports. And it's not because they make him look good.

Not surprising, but still significant. A seat opening like this gives constituents a real chance to choose someone who represents their interests rather than just a party brand.

Exactly. The speed and magnitude with which the office has been degraded is staggering. It’s one thing to stumble, it’s another to systematically erode respect, norms, and credibility.
Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States. He has brought the office down so low in such a short time. Other presidents have tried but none have come close to this.

Honestly, messages like this show why reasoned debate is so difficult right now. When everything is reduced to personal attacks and hyperbole, meaningful discussion gets buried.
