UPDATE: I'm a bit delirious (haven't slept yet) but this is down to $70.

Can't elaborate just yet, but during my morning call about An Exciting New Thing I told the AENT Person how grateful I am for y'all's extended support.

2026 is bringing Enormous, On-Mission Good.

Thank you 🐙💜W

On Wednesday morning I leave for my VERY LAST in person lab exam and y'all have helped me get *so close* to meeting the need for that ask but I'm still about $225 short.

If you can help, it's deeply appreciated.
Oh Hai 👋🏿

If I can keep these gig contracts steady, the last 15% of this campaign (that I started in October 2022) will go to the bigger ticket items that I still need like neonate appropriate pulse oximeters, for ex., and my licensure exam fees.

This is what I came for.

The way the unionized Pittsburgh Post Gazette workers held out for THREE YEARS until they got what they deserved is exactly what organized resistance should be.

Kind of wild that while food assistance was withheld from millions of families, one Trump-supporting billionaire (Ellison) saw his net worth grow more this year than the entire SNAP budget. And the YTD gains of the other four richest men would’ve fully covered salaries for all 2M federal employees.

Now that I think about it… people probably say this because they know the U.S. can just extrajudicial kill you easier.
“ if you don’t like this country then get out” um the U.S. is an empire whose decisions impact literally the entire world. There is nowhere that you can go where its brutality and influence isn’t felt. Even our National Guard partners with different countries. Like be so fr

I actually agree with Bernie on this… any establishment democrat would’ve done the same thing Schumer did. Even Hakeem Jeffries would absolutely do the same thing and is against removing Schumer.
In addressing whether removing Senator Schumer as leader should be an issue in Democratic primaries, Senator Sanders broadens the focus: "We need to take on the Democratic establishment all over this country."

I personally think before any judge sentences a person to incarceration or detention, they should have to spend a night in that facility themselves.

And the same goes for the prosecutor recommending the sentence.

I don't care what the alleged crime is. The defendant is still a human being.

All capitalism knows is predatory aid, not providing real care. People will starve, because feeding us is not profitable. People will become homeless, because providing homes is not profitable. People will continue to be miseducated, because honest media and free education is not profitable

i just keep thinking about how many people are relinquishing their agency to remember, think, feel, and process for a machine, relationship, “history,” or self-disregard and the act being sold as an “advancement” or standard.

THISSSSS
the obsession with how history remembers…leaving the “record” to time insinuates the future record has a “neutral” author that won’t censor, distort, or willfully ignore the truth.

“history” & willful remembering is the responsibility of us all, not for unnamed people for a under-regarded future.

tbh, the US supreme court not budging on gay marriage is great, but also this happening while codifying anti-abortion and anti-trans laws is either strategic in the face of opposition or an example of the project of homonationalist integration, at a time where fascist parties have cis LGB leaders
