Thank you President Trump for pointing out that Pretti was previously in a scuffle with and they broke his ribs when they tackled him. This adds motivation to ICE later swarmed him, pistol whipped him, and then shot Pretti in the back ten times. That isn’t manslaughter, it’s premeditated murder.

The Washington Post published a clear video of federal agents removing Alex Pretti's handgun moments before he was fatally shot. There's nothing in the video to suggest Pretti even reached for his weapon.

I tried to watch Jack Smith’s testimony but I couldn’t handle all the lying and groveling that the Republicans are doing to curry favor with Trump.
