Drafted up plans to build a storage shed. Budgeted for $3K. Build materials looks right at that point. Buy about $2K materials. Get started. Realized shed 2nd half of shed (LP smart siding and metal roofing) is WAY more expensive. Total cost looking at $4.5K.
