An enchanting evening and a marvelous Maida Hundeling in the title role. Fortunately not the Russian crow (who never had the right voice for Turandot anyway, not even in her earlier days). What a voice! Looking forward to seeing/hearing her as Brünnhilde. And kudos to Masabene Rangwanasha as Liù!

US chicken is chlorinated because America has no animal welfare laws where poultry is concerned. It has to be chlorinated because Salmonella and e. coli run rife
