This is actually a statistical mistake as some of us (not targeting anyone here) tend to heavily skew the average

For what it’s worth, I don’t think the internet is bad. I think almost everyone, myself included, needs to read more books. A lot of people, especially young ones, will say they can’t even focus long enough to read a single book, nor do they have any interest in them.
