Today is my 17th wedding anniversary. Things have changed a lot but we wouldn’t want to take this journey with anyone else.

Today is my 17th wedding anniversary. Things have changed a lot but we wouldn’t want to take this journey with anyone else.

I auditioned but did not make the cut for television and looking back I think it was probably because at that point in time I would not have been good TV. I was an asshole, and not even a likable one, at that.
40% of Bluesky have been contestants on Jeopardy making us a very smart website but all of them came in third so its not like that impressive

Two nice things that happened this week:
1. A Frog Pusheen appeared on my desk, an unexpected yet welcomed and appreciated “thank you just because” gift from a coworker.
2. Another coworker wrote me a letter of support for an internal activity & had such kind things to say I cried when I read it.

My wife put in a request for sloppy joes so I’ve made my family-famous Guinness sloppy joes and now the flavors can meld together for the next five hours or so.
What makes them Guinness sloppy joes? Why, a whole bottle of Guiness! (Instead of sauce I use a tomato paste/Guinness mix)
