Life in the Pokémon world seems it'd get obnoxious if you're not into battles. Say you enter the restaurant gym in Unova and several trainers ask you to battle for a chance to challenge the gym leaders, and you can only respond with "I don't care about the stinkin' badge I just want my lunch"

In the YouTube animation circuit (most often with, yet hardly limted to, object shows) I see a lot of comments begging hobbyist(!) animators to make the next episode of a series regardless of what other things the creator may be going through in their life and it really bothers me.

Out of necessity I’m keeping a few of my commissions open as work picks up. Currently my car has corrosion on its wheels causing air to constantly leak out of my tires + the sensors on my tires don’t work anymore. My car is my one way to get to both of my jobs without it I cannot easily work.
