the bloopy water is soothing
Here is a video of a frozen creek that had begun to thaw, and the water was flowing beneath the thin ice on top. I took this because it was soothing and wonderfully bloopy and I wanted to listen to it for hours. You are all welcome to enjoy it, too. Let your brain settle here and rest for a moment.

We’ve also seen someone riding a bike and smoking a cigarette. I once saw a guy playing tennis while smoking. Just now I saw a woman at an ice cream shop, smoking a cigarette and flossing her teeth.

Saw Farewell My Concubine matinee alone in a theater in Paris. The concessions person walked down the aisle just for me with her tray of snacks; I said Non merci. (I’d brought a bar of chocolate.)
Raising the always fun question: What are your most memorable theater-going experiences?
Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.
