Throughout. Scrubbing back through, the first flash is at 0:21, then there’s more heavy flashing (club scene) starting at 0:33 and going for about 10sec. It’s fine for about a min, then starts heavy flashing again at 1:44, which lasts for ~5sec. (1/2)
