Whatever you views are of the BBC it is a British institution, 68% of its money is from licence fees. 23.4m of us pay it. He is suing us in effect, 1/3 of the population.
Those that don't already will hate him! BBC = AD free =£174, many pay for YouTube AD free from £144..
