It saddens me greatly that Razer sells the best webcam available and I can't recommend it anymore.

They've always been sketchy but now their practices are distinctly anti-consumer and pro-"AI." Hard no. Get fucked.

The interview is excellent because he comes off as a dipshit and doesn't know it.

Home Assistant is free and powerful. Reolink are quality cameras and doorbell cams that don't require an internet connection and can stream solely to your own private HA server, which can then be locked down and viewed remotely from its app.

Get rid of Ring.
jack asked if i would sketch up a poster to tell people in nearby neighborhoods about the partnership between flock and ring, and this is what i came up with. it can be printed on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.

If Season 3 is going to explore Charlie and Angel’s relationship, we’re pretty much going to NEED an episode in the same vein as the Dirty Healings comic.

We need to see how he came to be at the Hotel. We need to see why Charlie believes in him to the extent that she does and why Angel trusted her.

This is the paradox: the "AI" bubble is based on hype. It's not about creating useful things. It's about hype to inflate stock.

If the public resists the hype, then line does not go up.

So they hype harder and harder, repelling most people with their hard sell tactics.

It's a downward spiral.
We can do even more.
