it would be more in keeping with the modernist tone of the empire state plaza to eliminate the cop, firefighter, ems, corrections/parole officer, crime victims, and vietnam war memorials and combine them into a single generic Memorial

Albany is getting $400M from the state to spend on downtown and they want to build a soccer stadium. that can't be used in winter. right next to the existing enclosed stadium. but hey some politician will get their name on it so it'll be worth it
