It's the wierd memory loss that hurts me. So depressed it's like time is just in tatters. Barely holding a routine together. Forgetting the important parts, like remembering my HRT. It's just one day and then the next. Planning nothing. Going nowhere. Typing bullshit. Forgetting to sleep.
