So below freezing tonight so turned to outside tap off from inside and opened it up to drain the last of the water … so I’m supposed to leave the tap open - right?

So yesterday I found a wee moose in the kitchen and put out mousetraps.
This morning we found a wee dead moose on the stairs - puncture marks from a cat!
Seems like our old cat had words with the local floofy Tom to keep us pest free LOL

Listening to my youngest online playing a game and he’s explaining Scottish independence and our issues with Westminster to a group of American kids.
They are asking great questions - but he’s giving phenomenally insightful responses!

It scooted off as soon as I put on the big light.
Dropping temps and first winter with no cats … of course a scouting party would be checking out my old house!
Off to buy a couple of traps!
