I work from home (when nit travelling) so slow rise sourdough is our preferred pizza base - a massive bowl to do all the teens xx

Nice try but not what I said! I said that the time it took for him to acquire the skill is negligible- and that me, my kids, their four friends and the cat can also make better pizzas than they make at the carry out!

I have a drawer of “bits” in my freezer that’s pizza stuff - we have a chat group and they can order a pizza topped with what they like from the drawer and I am then Supermom!!

Dude - the guy who makes pizzas at the weekend in the other shop is 17 …. And he had two hours of training! His name is Mitchell and he goes to school with my youngest - and he still prefers my homemade ones.
