Afaik it wasn’t in the top played games ob game pass when it released.
Most of the people had no clue that it is already out or that it even exists. It's just another discoverability problem.

I just found out that you still can get Upgrade Modules when doing old campaign mission (currently am playing Lightfall on my Hunter). I don't think that it is intended to still get them after theoretically removing them, especially with their description

Pretty much all the AI talks at devcom were done by people in management roles. All the talks I've seen from actual devs never even mentioned AI in any capacity.
idk I keep hearing "most developers are using AI" and then no developers I speak to, AAA or indie, want anything to do with it. Kinda wonder if that impression has more to do with the business types that attend events like gamescom and feel confident enough to give interviews to business journalists
