The pundit interviewing Lex Luthor in the new Superman movie is actually… Aquaman! My theory is he became a television host after quitting the Super Friends for being made fun of.

It will be interesting to see if retailers start calling out the tariff price on goods. Like have msrp then a big red +$x.xx so you can literally see how you’re getting boned by this administration.

I tracked down a copy of Secret of Mother 2! I couldn’t find any pics or info of what was on the poster. One side is the photo from the cover, the other is notes. Lots of stuff inside I hadn’t seen before. My favorite might be this postcard that has a Picross of a Mr Saturn on the back.

I am probably reading too much into it but the most commonly parroted criticism of Superman I have heard over the years is that “he’s boring because he’s invincible” and now the first thing you see in the new trailer is Superman Yamcha’d in the snow.

There are still a few movies I am planning to see by the end of December (Nosferatu, Flow… Sonic 3) but Look Back has been the standout for the year so far.

Alright, I'm going to get into good trouble for this! For each like and repost I get on this I'll donate $1 dollar to the @gamehistoryorg.bsky.social. I'll keep counting until Monday. @frankcifaldi.bsky.social & @philsalv.bsky.social wish me luck! Hopefully the org gets some decent money from this.
Video game history in action! 2024 was a big year for moving the conversation forward, preserving important artifacts, and building tools that make access easier for everyone. As our annual Winter Fundraiser heats up, let's look back at the year that was: gamehistory.org/our-2024-in-...

I just stumbled across this “Rampage” arcade cabinet based on the Rampage movie. Besides “Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game” have there been any other video games based on movies based on video games?
