Just managed to pick up an absolute dream sewing machine? In Wellington, but the vintage sewing machine enthusiast network is helping me out with posting her down. It does help that it's just a *little* one 🥺🥺 I don't even know if I believe it yet. A featherweight?!

The Aotearoa Birds feed has just been updated to run with much less manual input from me. It should be much more up to date now.

Good for following the #birdoftheyear vote too!

I’m proud and over the moon to share the news that I’m a finalist in the Wildlife category of NZ Geographic Photographer of the Year 2025.

This is the big kahuna for Aotearoa wildlife photographers and a major goal I’ve been chasing for a long time. To achieve it is exceptionally special to me.
