One of the weirder electrical decisions we have to deal with is that the previous owner grouted in a power point. We can't remove it without destroying the tiles.
The electrician was literally scratching his head at this one, and had to do a massive rerouting job to overcome a fault here.

First coat done! Now I'm waiting for 6 hours until I can sand and apply the 2nd coat.
The first coat requires a 15% cut with mineral turpentine to improve wood penetration.
