I think the problems it has are: why now? What about the damage the obsession with the UK [and Germany and US] is doing to X's user base and thus ad revenue, and to the Tesla brand [now toxic to liberals]?
BBC News doesn't have ads and subscriptions (£3.7bn a year in license fees) are basically compulsory. So why is it playing Musk's attention game?
