When buying orange juice, or any juice for that matter, check what you're actually getting. Some brands have as little as 20% actual fruit in them, the rest being sugar and flavorings. If you can afford it, choose a fresh pressed juice with no added sugar.

The weekly summary feature will start to include messages about possible low nutrient levels based on your previous week's veggies. The data behind it is not very detailed, though, so think of it more as a conversation starter than dietician's advice.

Stir-frys are a great way of eating towards 30 veggies a week. They can also easily be made as #veganfood. Here, crispy tofu and mushrooms provide the protein.
