Also the wording on the carton is sometimes deceiving to the consumer. "100% squeezed fruit" might still mean juice from concentrate, it's just that at some point during the process the fruits were squeezed 🤦

Chanterelles are quite easy to forage, even for beginners. In my opinion they're hard to confuse with hazardous mushrooms. They make delicious soup, pie, and sauce 😋
