We need to build some real social stigma around being afraid of cities. You don't have to like them or live there, but a politics built this strongly around watching TV and going "ewww" is embarrassing, and people should be embarrassed by it. It's like "fear of werewolves" being your top issue.

Yesterday, my whole tiktok feed was quarter zip jokes. Today it's all Ezra Klein failing to hear Ta-Nehisi Coates.
Not sure how either happened, since all I like and share are cute baby videos with my wife.

I don't understand people that are into watching sports. I like to play. I can watch a game. I can appreciate the athleticism. But, like, following scores, supporting a team, I don't get it.
But I can respect it and not get mad when I see Lions branded Jack Daniel's when I walk into Meijers.

Got pulled down the courtroom "analysis" rabbit hole again. I like the fantasy that judges are all perfectly reasonable.
But I'm seeing a lot of AI generated thumbnails of people that don't exist in the video. So, I'm assuming run by somebody too lazy to even screenshot the video?

I skipped it the first time around since I knew it wouldn't last. But as a stepfather standing at 5'6", those "I thought you were taller" bits hit hard.
