[LEGAL NOTICE] We are working to systematically send legal notices to companies reported to BLU, informing them they've been added to a national registry of bike lane obstructers. Should that company be involved in a crash or fatality with a bicyclist, our data would be available for court cases.

Major light rail news: simulated service on the 2 Line is expected to start within a month.

That's the last big milestone before a grand opening, and brings the benefit of added trains riders will be able to board between International District and Lynnwood.

Taking the state further into debt just to maintain the existing highway infrastructure we have, all to avoid increasing the taxes we already raised to pay for highway expansion projects, is so wild. Ferguson's first transportation budget is even worse than I expected.

I keep going back to Bob Ferguson's press conference yesterday. No mention of making safety investments to prevent wholly preventable road deaths. No mention of people who don't drive places, no mention of public transit. We've gone backwards.

TONIGHT (12/12)!
We're rolling out of Gas Works Park THIS FRIDAY (TONIGHT!!!) at 7:30 pm, rain or shine, and headed out to see the Christmas Ships!

This route around the lake should line us up with the ships a few times along the ride. Remember to light your bike as they also love to see us each year as well!
