I explained to her a bunch of feelings I had been feeling post-breakup with her; she (by chance?) had the mental space to listen. Our relationship improved significantly; the overwhelming feelings of awkwardness/threatenedness/inadequacy that I've felt last we've met have much subsided. ⚪🎐

It's good... I'm hitting Claude Code using Sonnet 4.5 again, and I just asked it to build a small demo of a pretty basic concept that's well-documented -- and yet it is struggling. It's also a struggle for me to set up some testing harness for Claude. 🤖 Still hoping for a better bot. 🙏

This kind of social ultimatum/rupture is prosocial, even if counterintuitively: when blatant injustices happen, and you look around, and nobody is drawing the line like this -- it's an incredibly lonely and depressing feeling, evidence that there's nobody left for whom to even fight. ⚫
My buddy's 15 year DnD group is imploding because a couple of the long time players are defending the ICE murders and everyone else is appalled. This is a red line for normal people in a "get the fuck out and never talk to me again" way. The evil and injustice is instantly recognizable.
